From feeling to form
I express my human experience through layers of symbolism and acrylic paint. With restrained colour and deliberate composition, each piece captures moments of perseverance, vulnerability, and connection. Every work is crafted with care using archival materials made to endure.
Artist statement
As a child, I was drawn to fables and fairy tales, which grew into a fascination with television and film. I learned that stories reveal what facts cannot.
I followed my curiosity into visual storytelling.
Graphic, web, and brand design sharpened my eye for clarity, contrast, and balance. Photography taught me to see light—how it shapes and transforms everything it touches.
Painting became the way to tell my own stories.
I began revisiting my life—the successes, hardships, and lessons—and transforming those experiences into visual form. Recurring symbolic elements emerged through that process.
Resilience marked in texture, empathy carried in light, and connection expressed in both presence and absence.
For me, art is created not just to be looked at, but to be felt. An invitation to pause, reflect, and perhaps find your own story echoed in mine.
